Jay Mahakali Engineering & Fabricators (JMEF) specializes in the design and heavy fabrication of ASME-compliant Industrial Chemical Reaction Vessels. Manufactured in the chemical epicenter of Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad, our reactors are engineered to handle aggressive corrosive chemicals, exothermic syntheses, resin manufacturing, and high-pressure polymerization processes.
The reaction vessel features an enclosed vertical cylindrical body with torispherical or ellipsoidal dished ends. A top-mounted geared drive rotates custom agitator blades (anchor, turbine, propeller, or hydrofoil) while thermal heating or cooling medium flows through an external limpet coil or dimpled jacket. A double mechanical seal ensures zero vapor escape during continuous reactions.
