The JMEF cGMP Pharmaceutical Storage Tank is designed and built for the most stringent sanitary applications in pharmaceutical formulation, bulk active ingredients (APIs), biopharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. Manufactured in Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad, these vessels feature electropolished SS316L construction, zero-crevice orbital welding, and integrated CIP/SIP capabilities.
Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
Liquid is held in a sterile environment with a continuous nitrogen or sterile air blanket. Clean-in-Place (CIP) rotary spray balls cover 100% of the internal surface for rapid, validatable automated wash cycles, while Steam-in-Place (SIP) at 121°C ensures full sterility without dismantling any connections.
