Engineering Overview & Design Highlights
The JMEF Industrial Hot Air Generator (HAG) is a high-efficiency thermal heating unit engineered to generate continuous streams of clean, pressurized hot air for spray dryers, rotary dryers, fluid bed dryers (FBD), flash dryers, and chemical calcination plants. Available in both Direct-Fired and Indirect-Fired (clean air) designs.
Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
In Indirect-Fired models, fuel (natural gas, diesel, furnace oil, or biomass) combusts inside an insulated refractory-lined combustion chamber. The intense heat transfers across high-temperature SS310 stainless steel multi-pass heat exchanger tubes. A high-pressure centrifugal fan forces fresh filtered ambient air across the tube bundles, producing clean, contamination-free hot air without flue gas contamination.
