Fitted with a heavy-duty ASME standard dimpled, limpet, or conventional jacket, this machine maintains strict batch thermal control.
Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
While the double-helical counter-current ribbon agitator folds and fluidizes the material across the trough, steam, hot water, thermic oil, or chilled glycol circulates through the external jacket. The continuous agitation ensures maximum contact with heated or chilled walls without localized hot-spots.
