The JMEF Mini Pulverizer is a compact, high-efficiency impact pulverizer engineered for laboratory testing, pilot plants, and small-to-medium batch manufacturing. Designed for versatility, this machine easily handles herbs, spices, pulses, food grains, and specialty chemical compounds with minimal heat generation and maximum fineness.
Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
Material is fed into the grinding chamber through an adjustable feed hopper. Inside, high-speed rotating beater blades smash the particles against serrated liner plates. Ground material passes through a calibrated bottom screen into a cyclone or cotton collector bag.
