Built with high manganese wear plates and dynamically balanced rotors, this machine guarantees dependable round-the-clock plant performance.
Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
The raw crushed mineral is metered into the grinding chamber via an automatic screw or vibro-feeder. A high-speed rotor equipped with hardened hammers crushes the mineral against corrugated liner plates through impact and attrition. A whizzer air classifier separates the desired fine fraction, while oversize particles recirculate automatically.
