Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
Raw tamarind seeds are roasted in an automated rotary roaster to loosen the outer brown husk. A specialized seed de-husker strips and separates the shell using air aspiration. The white kernels are then fed to a heavy-duty impact pulverizer and dynamic air classifier to achieve ultra-fine Tamarind Kernel Powder (TKP).
