The JMEF Industrial Screw Conveyor (Auger Conveyor) is an enclosed, highly dependable bulk material handling system engineered to transport powders, flakes, granules, and slurry horizontally or at steep inclinations up to 45 degrees without dust spillage or environmental contamination.
Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
A heavy-duty helical flight welded around a central pipe rotates inside a stationary U-shaped trough or cylindrical tube. The rotating screw pushes material forward smoothly along the housing bed, discharging it directly into hoppers, silos, or processing vessels.
