The JMEF Vibro Sifter (Vibratory Screen) is a circular gyratory grading and safety screening machine engineered for precise particle separation, scalping, grading, and de-dusting. Certified for pharmaceutical cGMP, chemical, and food processing lines, it guarantees maximum screening throughput with minimum mesh blinding.
Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
Powered by a specially designed vertical vibratory motor with eccentric counterweights mounted on the upper and lower shaft ends. The rotation generates a complex 3D motion: horizontal, vertical, and tangential, causing particles to spread radially from screen center to periphery in spiral paths.
