Engineering Overview & Design Highlights
The JMEF Industrial Ice Crusher is designed to rapidly crush massive blocks of ice (from 25 kg up to 150 kg blocks) into uniform flakes and chips. Widely deployed in ports, seafood processing plants, chemical process cooling, concrete batching facilities, and cold storages.
Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
Ice blocks are loaded into the heavy-gauge top hopper. A heavy rotating drum equipped with high-tensile pointed steel spikes grips and crushes the block against a stationary serrated comb anvil, instantly reducing it into crushed ice.
